STEP 01

Precision Stamping & Forming

Our process begins with high-precision stamping, where food-grade stainless steel sheets are cut and deep-drawn to form the inner and outer cup walls. Multi-stage forming ensures uniform wall thickness, which is critical for consistent vacuum insulation and structural strength.

STEP 02

Precision Welding & Trimming

Our automated laser welding process joins the cup bodies, bases, and edges with pinpoint accuracy. This creates air-tight, seamless seals that eliminate leaks and ensure the vacuum layer remains intact for years. Every weld is polished to a smooth finish.

STEP 03

Thorough Ultrasonic Cleaning & Degreasing

Before any further processing, all cups undergo multi-stage ultrasonic cleaning to remove oil, dust, and metal particles. This step ensures a perfectly clean surface, which is essential for strong coating adhesion and long-term food safety.

STEP 04

Vacuum Insulation Treatment

The heart of every great insulated drinkware is its vacuum layer. After welding, cups are hermetically sealed and placed in high-temperature vacuum furnaces to remove all air from the double-wall. This creates a thermal barrier that delivers 24-hour heat retention and 72-hour cold retention.

Premium Surface Finishing & Coating

From food-grade powder coating and matte/glossy finishes to hydro-dipping and UV printing, we offer a wide range of surface treatments. All coatings are durable, scratch-resistant, and dishwasher-safe, designed to enhance your brand’s aesthetic while standing up to daily use.

STEP 06

Logo Printing & Branding

We apply your brand identity via laser engraving, silk-screen printing, heat transfer, or UV printing. Every design is checked for alignment, color accuracy, and durability.
