Step 1
Pre-Production: Raw Material Inspection
Before production begins, we conduct strict inspections on all raw materials to eliminate defects at the source, ensuring the base of your drinkware is safe, durable, and compliant. ◾︎ Material Composition Test: Spectrometer analysis to verify 304/316 stainless steel purity, ensuring food-grade safety. ◾︎ Compliance Verification: Check all materials against FDA, LFGB standards to ensure non-toxic, lead-free, BPA-free properties. ◾︎ Precision Cutting Check: Inspect automated cutting of raw materials to ensure dimensional accuracy for subsequent production.
Step 2
In-Process: Vacuum Testing
As the key performance indicator for insulated drinkware, vacuum integrity directly determines user experience. We conduct multi-stage vacuum testing to ensure superior thermal retention and zero leakage. ◾︎ Triple-Stage Vacuum Validation: 100% of units undergo three rounds of pressure testing to eliminate micro-leaks, ensuring long-term vacuum integrity. ◾︎ Thermal Retention Test: Verify 24-hour heat retention and 72-hour cold retention, with test data recorded for every batch. ◾︎ Real-Time Monitoring: Our QC team monitors the vacuum process during production, adjusting parameters in real time to avoid batch defects.

In-Process: Random Sampling Inspection
To ensure uniformity across large batches, we implement strict random sampling inspection following AQL 1.5/4.0 standards, covering appearance, functionality, and compliance. ◾︎ Appearance: Check for scratches, dents, uneven coating, and logo clarity (via ASTM cross-hatch adhesion test). ◾︎ Functionality: Leak-proof test (pressure seal verification), lid torque test, and smart feature validation (for smart drinkware). ◾︎ Compliance: Recheck material safety and thermal performance to ensure consistency with approved samples. ◾︎ Defect Handling: If any sampled unit fails, we conduct 100% full inspection of the entire batch, rework or discard defective products, and re-test until qualified.
Step 4
Post-Production: Inspection Packaging
Quality doesn’t end with the finished product; we ensure your drinkware arrives at your door in perfect condition with strict packaging inspection. ◾︎ Packaging Material Inspection: Check the thickness, toughness, and shock resistance of packaging boxes, foam inserts, and protective films. ◾︎ Packaging Process Inspection: Verify that each unit is properly wrapped, labeled (with product specs, compliance marks), and packed to avoid collision during transit. ◾︎ Transit Simulation Test: Conduct ISTA-standard vibration and compression testing to ensure packaging can withstand global shipping conditions. ◾︎ Final Batch Audit: Before shipment, conduct a final visual check of packaged products to ensure no missing items, damaged packaging, or mislabeling.
